MIL-STD-1344A 시험 관련

MIL-STD-1344A ‘Test method for Electrical Connectors’는 전기 커넥터를 위한 통합시험방법으로 3가지 시험으로 크게 구분한다. 이렇게 분류된 시험방법들은 다시 1001, 1002, 2013, 2017, 3007 등 세부항목으로 구분된다.

1. 환경시험 1001 – 1999
2. 기계시험 2001 – 2999
3. 전기시험 3001 – 3999

시험은 각 시험방법에서 규정하는 개별적인 사양에 따라 진행되며, 다른 곳에서 특정하지 않는 한 아래의 기본적인 환경조건을 따른다.

a. 온도 : 15 – 35
b. 기압 : 550 – 800 mmHg
c. 상대습도 : 20 – 80%

MIL-STD-1344A1993년에 규격이 취소되었지만 대체규격으로 바뀐 시험들이 여전히 존재하며, 전기 커넥터에 대한 대표적인 시험으로 남아있다.

러시아 인증 GOST R

GOST R이란 러시아 연방정부의 단일인증제도로서 러시아에서 사용되는 제품들이 받아야 할 인증이다. GOST-R을 받기 위해서는 규격의 시험방법이나 절차를 따라 시험을 치르고 기준에 충족해야 제품에 인증서를 발행할 수 있다.

GOST는 정부규격이라는 Government Standard의 약자로 소련시절부터 존재했으며 이를 CIS 국가들이 그대로 사용하면서 GOST-R, GOST-U 등의 용어로 자신들의 규격으로 맞추어 사용하고 있다.

GOST R은 지금도 러시아의 인증제도로 그 역할을 하고 있지만 러시아 자국내로 들어오는 해외제품은 CU TR의 영향을 더 받는다. 이는 러시아가 2010년에 카자흐스탄, 벨라루스와 관세동맹조약을 체결하고 세 국가의 무역장벽을 하나로 만들어 각 국가의 규정을 통폐합하고 있기 때문이다.

CU TR은 러시아의 GOST-R을 상당히 참조해서 만들어졌기 때문에 골격은 러시아의 인증제도와 크게 다르지 않지만 엄연히 다른 규격, 다른 인증으로 존재한다. 다시 말하자면 CU TR을 통해 관세동맹국으로 통관된 제품이라고 하더라도 러시아 내에서 사용된다면 GOST-R 규정에 따라 화재인증을 취득하거나, 의료기기인증을 별도로 취득해야 할 수도 있다.
