CRI 카펫 설치 기준

CRI 104(상업용)/105(주거용) 기준은 설비, 유통 등의 과정에서 상업 및 주거용 카펫 설치를 위한 기준을 제시한다.

설치 기준으로 25년 이상의 입지를 다진 CRI 기준은 산업분야에서 통상적으로 이용되고 있다.

CRI는 지속적으로 정보를 수집하고 카펫 설치에 대한 새로운 접근방식을 필요로하는 산업분야의 기준서가 되기 위해 지속적으로 업데이트 되고 있는 중이다.

인정/인가 시험소(Accredited Laboratory) / ASTM, EN, ISO, NALFA, UL, MIL-STD, IEC, RTCA, CE 등

1. 개요

- 바이어의 요청에 따라 제품에 성능을 시험하기 위해 ASTM, EN, ISO 등의 시험을 진행하게 됨.
- 제품의 성능을 확인하고 대외적으로 공신력을 갖기 위해 위 시험들을 진행하게 됨.
- 발주처에서 보내온 Spec.의 요구조건에 위 시험들이 있어 시험을 진행하게 됨.

2. 목적

- 시험의 목적은 시험보고서를 받아 제품의 공신력을 확보하기 위함임.
- 해당 시험을 할 수 있는 승인시험소에서 시험을 진행해야 시험보고서의 공신력이 확보됨.

3. 주의사항

- 시험소가 해당규격에 관한 인정(Accreditation)을 취득하였는지 여부를 확인하지 않고 
  시험을 진행할 경우, 추후 제품판매 혹은 심사시 문제가 될 수도 있음.
- ISO 17025와는 별개로 문의하려는 시험을 하는데 승인을 받았는지를 확인해야 함.

WRAS인증 PAG meeting

WRAS인증은 영국에 수도공급업자 혹은 수도시설 납품업체가 갖춰야할 수질관련인증이다. 따라서 이 인증을 받기 위해서는 인증 받을 제품이 수질에 악영향을 미치거나, 미생물을 발생시키거나, 금속이 추출되는 등의 문제가 없어야 한다.

WRAS인증을 받기위해서는 PAG meeting(Product Assessment Group)에 관련 문서를 제출해야한다. PAG meeting은 1년의 기간을 두고 연간 일정을 정하고 보통 6-8주 사이에 한번씩 개최되며 1년에 약 10회정도 있다. PAG meeting에 서류를 제출하는 기한은 개최일보다 3주 전까지 마감을 두고 있으며 제출기한일에는 오후 4시까지 접수를 받으며 이전까지 서류제출, 문제제기, 제출서류수정 등의 업무가 가능하며 이후에는 어떠한 접수도 받지 않는다.

PAG meeting이 끝난 뒤에는 Approval number를 받게되며 WRAS Water Products & Materials Directory에 제품이 정식으로 등록된다.

UL 50 / UL 67 설명

UL 50 : Standard for Enclosures for Electrical Equipment (CFR Sec : 46CFR 111.81-1(d)- OCTOBER 19, 1995

-각 항목은 Enclosures, Outdoor Enclosures, Covers and doors, Hinges 및 Latches and Handle로 분류됩니다.  
 그리고 Enclosures for Electrical equipment에서는 wiring 시스템 관련 사항이 기술되어 있으며  compression, deflection rain, drip dust, atomized water, icing, hose and hosedown, submersion, oil, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, air pressure, polymeric and metallic conduit, bonding, gasket, coating, threaded opening, marking 등에 대한 평가가 포함됩니다.  

UL 67 : Standard for Panelboards. 

- NFPA 70과 일부 별도의 내용이 있으며 Temperature, Rain, insulating base etc. short circuit current, Dielectric Voltage-withstand, Bonding, Ground-fault protection 등에 관한 시험항목이 포함되어 있습니다.

MIL-STD-282 필터, 보호복, 마스크 시험

MIL-STD-282 : Filter Units, Protective Clothing, Gas-Mask Components and Related Products: Performance Test Methods.

이 규격은 1952년경 제정된 MIL-F-10462A를 대체하여 1956년 5월 28일 제정되었습니다. 이 후 2012년 1월 17일, 2012년 9월 24일, 2015년, 6월 30일, 2015년 12월 22일 등 개정되었으나 개정된 규격은 미국정부와 계약된 공급자에게만 규격배포가 허용됩니다. 따라서 그외의 목적으로는 1956년 제정된 규격만 열람할 수 있습니다.
