CUTR004 기술문서 요구사항
CUTR 004 규정에 따르면, 인증을
위해 동반해야 할 문서에는 아래의 내용들이 포함되어야 한다.
- The name
of manufacturer and (or) its trade mark, name and notation of low-voltage
equipment (type, model, mark)
- information
about purpose of low-voltage equipment;
- properties and characteristics; rules and conditions of safe operation (use);
- rules and conditions of safe installation, storage, delivery (transportation), vendition and disposal (if it is necessary – to set such requirements);
- information about measures to be taken in case of failure detection of low-voltage equipment;
- name and location of the manufacturer (manufacturer’s authorized representative), the importer, their contact information;
- month and year of low-voltage equipment manufacture and (or) information about place of application and method for identification of the year of manufacture.
