NATO Code 관련

NATO Code는 현재 NATO 국가들에서 사용되는 제품을 의미한다. 모든 NATO 제품군에 상응하도록 코드가 제작된 것은 아니지만 기본적으로 항공유, 엔진오일, 작동액, 그리스와 그 밖의 제품들을 포함한다.

NATO Code는 영국, 미국, 일본 등의 규격으로도 호환되는 품목을 보유하고 있으며, 이는 NATO Code와 완벽히 상응하는 대체규격으로 인정받는다.

다음은 NATO Code 중 일부 목록이다.

F-18	aviation gasoline (low lead) in limited use by certain NATO nations
F-34	a military kerosene type aviation turbine fuel with Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII)
F-35	a military kerosene type aviation turbine fuel equivalent to that used by most civil operators of gas turbine engined aircraft.
F-40	a military wide cut type aviation turbine fuel with FSII used by land based military gas turbine engined aircraft
F-44	a military high flash point kerosene type aviation turbine fuel with FSII used by ship borne military gas turbine engine aircraft in most NATO countries.
F-46	a military fuel used in certain armoured and non-armoured vehicle spark ignition engines in NATO Europe areas outside Denmark and the United Kingdom.
F-54	a military fuel used in compression ignition engines in NATO Europe areas outside Denmark, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.
F-57	low leaded gasoline introduced to replace F-46.
F-65	low temperature diesel/kerosene fuel blend.
F-67	unleaded gasoline automotive interchangeable with commercial gasoline.
F-75	a naval fuel used in compression ignition engines and in naval gas turbines and ships' boilers for steam raising.
F-76	the primary naval fuel used as for F-75 above but it may require special handling and storage due to low temperature characteristics.
F-77	a naval residual fuel used for boiler steam raising for certain ships in France, Greece and Turkey.
