Certification System is an initiative of the applicant. The applicant may be legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

      Certification of domestic and foreign objects certification is carried out by the same rules.

      Order of certification generally includes:
 filing an application for certification, a set of documents;
 consideration of the application and the adoption of an action;
 carry out the necessary checks, laboratory tests, tests;
 analysis of the results and decide whether they can issue a certificate of conformity;
 a certificate of compliance and permit the use of a mark of conformity;
 inspection control of the certified products or object.
      At positive results of certification certification body shall issue a certificate of compliance and permit the use of a mark of conformity.

      Certificates of conformity and annexes issued on the official letterhead numbered.

      Certified products and the object is established supervisory control.

      According to the results of the inspection control can be made one of the following decisions:
 consider the certificate of conformity confirmation;
 suspend the certificate of conformity;
 terminate the certificate of conformity.
