LPCB 관련

LPCB(Loss Prevention Certification Board) 주로 소방관련 배관 등에 많이 적용되어 인증을 취득하지만 그외 철골 건축물 전선케이블, 지붕구조 등에도 적용되기에 부품의 용도 사용처에 따라 적용규격 시험규격이 결정된다.

따라서 먼저 배관의 유체, 용도에 대한 정보 인증취득 대표모델의 개략적인 치수와 소재 희망하는 인증취득 기한 등의 정보가 필요하다.

LPCB인증은 간단하게 요약하면, 제품적합성 인증 시공인증으로 나눠지고 인증 절차는 다음과 같다.

- 제품의 적합성을 확인하는 시험
- 제조사의 품질관리 운용능력 평가
- 제조사의 공정관리 능력의 평가
- 인증취득 등록
- 인증마크 사용

WRAS 제품인증에 관해


WRAS 제품인증은 WRAS 재료인증을 받은 재료를 사용한 제품에 한하여 자격이 주어진다. 제품마다 시험해야 할 항목들은 WRAS 규정으로 정했지만, 규정이 없는 항목은 시험소 및 WRAS기관과 상의해서 시험항목승인을 받아야한다.

WRAS 제품인증 시험성적서는 2년 이내의 시험한 것인 동시에 최신규격으로 한 시험의 성적서로 제출해야 한다. 시험해야 할 제품은 재료인증과 마찬가지로 1년 이내에 생산된 제품이어야 한다.

WRAS 제품시험의 기간은 제품마다 다르며 WRAS 규정을 살펴 시험소와 상의해야 한다.

시험에 합격하고 WRAS의 확인을 받은 제품에 대해서는 WRAS로부터 승인서와 인증서가 발행된다. 인증의 유효기간은 5년이며 만료되기 1년 전에 WRAS로부터 만기일 고지를 받게 된다.
