Turkmenistan Certificate TDS 인증서
- 투르크메니스탄은 자국 내로 수입되는 제품에 대해 제품인증의 취득을 요구하고 있습니다. 특히측정에 사용되는 계측장비는 “Turkmenstandartlary.”의 관련 규정에 따라 교정되어야 합니다. 1998 년경, 투르크메니스탄으로 수입되는 식품류에 대해 위생관련 인증요구 사항이 발효되었습니다. 국가 위생 및 역학 검사기관(SSEI)이 적합성인증서를 발행하기 위한 시험을 수행하며 이러한 식품류에는 필수적으로 러시아 언어로 표기된 제품설명서를 부착하여야 합니다.
투르크메니스탄의 state system of certifcation의 인증조직구조 :

- Testing laboratories (centers)
강제인증 대상 :
- 국가 표준 및 기타 문서에 따라 안전 및 보건, 품질 및 환경관련 주요 품목은 해당 규격 및 법규 TDS 1.2 에서 품목의 적함함을 보장토록 요구하는 모든 대상물품, 작업 및 서비스 품목을 강제 인증대상으로 규정하고 관리함.[ HS code 분류 목록의 최신 개정을 확인할 필요 있음. 문의바로가기 ]
- 관련 규정에 의해 인증을 취득한 제품관련 정보는 State Certification Registry에 등록하고 제품에는 해당 마크를 부착하여야 함.
참고 :
- 일상적 통관절차는 예상보다 다소 늦게 진행되며 엄격한 법적용 등으로 인해 관료적이라는 평판이 있음.
- 품목의 가격타당성은 최고 상공 회의에 의해 참조되고 모든 품목은 수입전에 관련기관에 필수적으로 등록되어야 하며 이러한 절차를 처음 경험하는 경우 상당한 어려움이 있을 수 있음. [BIRJA etc.]
- 물품의 수출 수입에 관련하여 State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (SCRME) : [물품 및 원자재 거래소]에 등록하여야 함.
- 일부 투자 또는 Civil construction 의 경우, Ministry of Economy and Development에 의한 승인이 요구될 수 있음.
- 상사 분쟁의 경우, Turkmenistan은 2012년 현재까지 New York Convention on International Arbitration에 가입하지 않아 상사간 분쟁을 중재할 조직이 없음.
